Balm:

Based on mild, mature white wine vinegar in combination with selected ingredients such as fruit juices and an acidity of 5 - 6 percent. Perfect for refining salad dressings, marinades and sauces.

Aperitif-Essige:

They are the successful mixture of fruity sweetness and 3% acidity. The perfect choice for salads, fruit salads and desserts. Also delicious: in mineral water.Crema:

Whether with mild white wine vinegar, brandy vinegar, balsamic vinegar of Modena or fruit puree - these vinegar specialties impress with their incomparable creamy and mild taste. With an acidity of 3 - 4% acid they refine not only salad dressings but also fruit salads and desserts.

Oils are an essential part of our diet. We obtain our oils from selected partners with the highest quality standards - for specialties that are far more than just "oil". From fine nut oils and fine kernel oils to aromatic olive oil and strong seasoning oil, there are no limits to the kitchen classics - for gourmet cuisine or everyday delicacies. We carry olive oil from Crete, Italy, Spain and France, as well as nut oils and olive oil preparations with various herbs and fruits,
